Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, the Manager of Digital Experience will be responsible for helping to shape our corporate website strategy and owning key workstream and initiatives to make it come to life. The Manager of Digital Experience is often the main point of contact for internal stakeholders in Digital Marketing, Editorial, Brand Marketing, Global Communications and regional Marketing teams. You take ownership of our corporate website architecture from both a conceptual and technical standpoint, have an intuitive sense of impactful digital experiences and a love of digital content marketing. You can think about our website strategy at a 10,000ft elevation, across all our corporate websites as easily as you can for specific pieces of web content. Collaborating with engineers, designers and business stakeholders to bring projects to success is second nature to you. You are comfortable leveraging analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and recommendations to stakeholders. You can clearly communicate project status to stakeholders, work independently and exercise solid decision-making judgement. Mentoring junior team members to learn the fundamentals of our team and our website platforms will be a critical and defining part of this role, as will involving them in larger projects in capacities appropriate to their skill level. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
