Job Summary: Product Operations Support Specialist will assist Category Management with actions to grow categories, improve customer experiences, and achieve sales and profit goals. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, enhancing product content, and identifying areas of process improvements across the organization. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor product line performance, and support sales efforts through data analysis and troubleshooting. What You will Do: Strategic Support: * Help Category Managers with initiatives to grow categories and meet sales and profit goals. * Handle daily system updates via ticketing system for product and vendor changes to support category strategies. Customer Advocacy: * Focus on improving the customer experience by supporting product data updates and revisions. * Suggest ways to improve processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction. Supplier and Category Management: * Support Category Managers in managing supplier relationships to align with business goals. * Work with different teams to improve product content based on requests from suppliers and Category Managers. * Spot trends in team inquiries and share solutions with Category Managers. Project Support: * Collaborate with teams like IT, Digital Merchandising, Operations, and Purchasing to complete projects. * Assist sales teams with large bids and customized solutions. Troubleshooting and Support: * Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the appropriate team when needed. * Gather and organize data to help with projects and decision-making. Process Improvement: * Look for ways to streamline processes and improve operations across the department. Competencies and skills
The pay range for this position will be 54,000 to 66,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job.
