Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations
Arnot Ogden Medical Center
Elmira, NY

CPS Solutions is seeking a full time, exempt Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Operations (OM)who will work in partnership with Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY. Reporting to the SVP of Onsite Operations, this individual will independently manage all specialty pharmacy program operations and is responsible for developing goals and tactics to support CPS's and client's strategic goals.

Starting Pay: $90,000+ per year (depending on related work experience) + bonus eligibility

Responsibilities:

  • Develop client program strategy, goals, and tactics to ensure client success with support from VP and/or SVP.
  • Lead the onsite team of clinicians, liaisons, technicians, and other ancillary and support staff to outperform targets and create high patient and provider satisfaction.
  • Own the relationship between CPS and the Client's pharmacy and executive leadership from setting targets to addressing performance with support from VP and/or SVP.
  • Lead the development of the specialty pharmacy program culture at the client site, bridging CPS culture and values with those of the client with support from VP and/or SVP.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of department and organization, and relevant to department and professional standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • All pharmacy team members, directly or indirectly, including pharmacists and liaisons

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or in lieu of degree, equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of management experience, including staff supervision
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license for the state working in
  • Demonstrated success in growing a complex operation and having a tangible impact on patients and/or customers preferred
  • Leadership in a specialty pharmacy, health system, or managed care setting with a proven ability to translate a specific plan into operational impact is preferred

  • HepB3 Series
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
