Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy PRN

Inova Mount Vernon is looking for PRN (as needed) Nurse for the GE Lab. We are looking for someone that is available at least once a week. You are required to take two weekend and two weekday call days every 6 weeks.

Mount Vernon is a community hospital with 8 OR suites that serves the population in robotics, general, orthopedics, spine, plastics, ENT, urology, and gynecology. RN Endoscopy Qualifications

• One year of direct Operating Room (OR) experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an OR fellowship. If PACU Nurse, one year of critical care or PACU RN experience is required.
• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate's Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS healthcare provider certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).

RN Endoscopy Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years as Endoscopy or procedural RN
