This is an onsite, part-time, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Project Coordinator 1 position located in Pennsauken, NJ.

Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support project management and act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log in. This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2 and potentially a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of report results into our LIMS database.
• Review and update login dashboard information.
• Assist with login of samples upon receipt into our LIMS database.
• Interpret and apply department policies and assist with applicable laws and regulations.
• Contribute to department efficiency and effectiveness.
• Attention to detail is a must.

Required Background/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field desired but not required.
• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated progression of skills and self-management abilities.

• Strong client care and relationship management.
• Ability to work constructively under pressure.

Work is performed in a lab and office setting. Work is subject to chemicals, fumes, gasses, noxious odors, and related items in a lab setting.
