Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are searching for an
experienced Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager at our Headquarters facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develops and manages a "Highest Value and Best Use" master plan for company real estate assets.

-Manges the identification and negotiations for solar lease activity on company assets.

-Sales of residential and commercial inventory and non-strategic parcels.
-Manages commercial/residential real estate development projects and oversees maintenance of all residential real estate assets.
-Directs and evaluates necessary real estate research to determine the feasibility of potential real estate investments and locations.

-Identifies and develops relationships with potential partners.

-Identification, valuation, and negotiation of real estate acquisitions.

-Fosters relationships with local planning and zoning officials.

-Develops and executes the business plan for the disposal of non-strategic inventory of C Corp land.

-Develops and executes the business plan for the inventory reduction of developed residential lots.

-Manages real estate development projects.

Required
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Business Management or Marketing
  • Real Estate License
  • 8 or more years in real estate marketing and sales
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate level
  • Experience with negotiations for purchase and/or sell of company assets
  • Ability to solve conflicts between internal and external information sources
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Deed origination experience
  • Experience with real estate valuations

The
base salary range for this position is $108,700 - $173,900.
Actual base salary is based on the experience and qualifications of the
selected candidate.
