Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis 5 Location with zip code: Everett, WA 98204 Pay Rate: $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr. Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (M-F) Duration: 6 + months Job Description: Reporting to the site controller, the Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for supporting the FP&A function in Evertt businesses. Prepare external and internal financial deliverables and required monthly financial reporting for various program and company reporting requirements. Partner with the site controller and various functions (Contracts, Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service Center, etc.) to prepare monthly Risk and Opportunity position. Support program(s) monthly forecast for bookings, sales, earnings and cash forecast. Report monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast. Assist in period-closing activities and facilitate the weekly/monthly cadence. Provide support to business reviews. Analyze and upload production hours. Provide back up and support to other accounting staff as needed. Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting; OR an Advanced Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting Prior experience performing variance analysis Prior experience leading financial forecasts U.S. Person Overtime: Limiting OT as much as possible, if there would be it would be voluntary and prior manager approval would be needed. Qualifications We Prefer: Knowledge of Rates and burdening process, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and/or Cost Accounting. Prior experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines Experience with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote. Demonstrated ability in meeting finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines. Experience with an ERP system (SAP Preferred) and Onestream / Hyperion
