This position will support two principal activities.
- Assistance with the recruitment of participants, including helping to manage email and other survey solicitations, monitoring survey completion rates, identifying additional potential subjects who meet eligibility criteria for the survey, and other activities associated with yielding a sufficient and representative sample of participants.
- Assistance with identifying the appropriate survey platform, becoming very familiar with the platform, managing the use of the platform as the survey vehicle.
- Upload participant information in the platform, and monitoring survey initiation and completion rates. This will require frequent communication and discussion with the study team.
- In addition, the Research Assistant will perform routine research activities such as conducting literature reviews, searching hospital websites for relevant information and potential contacts, and other tasks as needed.
