Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION: TheSenior Manager, HCM Product Ownerprovides strategic leadership and oversight for the configuration, optimization, and delivery of Workday HCM solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for managing a Workday configuration team and collaborating with stakeholders across Human Capital, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to ensure Workday capabilities align with business needs and drive operational excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of Workday HCM, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. The Senior Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of HC technology and ensuring the successful execution of the Workday roadmap. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
