Management opportunity with a premiere fashion tradeshow Are you ready to lead a dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth in the exciting world of fashion? We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to join our Fashion business group and make a significant impact on our twice yearly Coterie B2B trade show. As our new Head of Sales, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a talented sales team
- Drive revenue growth across new and existing customers
- Oversee sales performance and customer retention
- Manage event-driven sales strategies
- Leverage industry relationships to contribute to our Fashion team's success
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that boost revenue for our fashion events
- Work closely with the Vice President to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and focus on high-value customer segments
- Mentor and guide your sales team, fostering a culture of high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Optimize event floor planning to enhance customer engagement
- Represent us at industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Use CRM tools to track sales activity and forecast opportunities
- Stay ahead of industry trends to adjust sales strategies proactively
- Drive customer retention through cross-selling and upselling
- Ensure effective communication between your team and leadership
- Lead recruitment efforts to bring top sales talent on board
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
- Experience creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry or trade events
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in revenue analysis, sales tracking, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for industry events and client meetings
- Skill in leveraging data-driven sales strategies

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 based on experience. This posting will automatically expire on 6th May 2025. We're not solely focused on a checklist of skills.
