About Us: Within the World Kinect Commercial Operations Department, our Set-Up Team is dedicated to ensuring seamless integration of new customers into our systems. We pride ourselves on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Your Role: As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team by:

  • Ensuring Accurate Customer Set-Up: You'll be responsible for accurately entering new customers into our Dispatch System, Oracle, Customer Portal, and RCD.
  • Daily Issue Resolution: You'll check and correct issues within the RCD system, focusing on freight and hauler holds.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: You'll work closely with Credit, Dispatch, Sales, and Billing to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Customer Experience Support: You'll collaborate with our Customer Experience team to resolve customer-facing issues and requests.
  • In-Depth Research: You'll conduct research across multiple systems to address issues related to freight, haulers, customer set-up, system errors, and more.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: High level of organization and the ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Team Player: Ability to perform well in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Dependability: Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with numbers.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility in work hours during month-end closing and internal testing.
  • Process Improvement: Willingness to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
