Job Summary
The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator is a key role in the Direct To Consumer team, responsible for supporting the daily operations of WC Bradley's direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites. This role ensures seamless website functionality, enhances site merchandising, and supports product onboarding and marketing efforts to improve online shopping experiences, boost customer engagement, and drive the company's revenue goals. Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, IT/Developers, external agency partners, Creative, and Product teams, this position plays a vital role in optimizing the performance of the DTC websites. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager - DTC. Duties and Responsibilities
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of DTC websites, ensuring functionality, accurate content, and issue resolution. Provide timely resolution of operational issues and be available to address site issues as needed, ensuring a seamless consumer experience, and minimizing disruptions. Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education:Requires a level of knowledge normally gained through completion of an undergraduate degree. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
