Vectra Bank Colorado is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Facilities Operations Manager at our Corporate Center, located off Layton Avenue in the vibrant Belleview Station area. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in facilities operations, someone who thrives in coordinating with employees and vendors, and who brings exceptional organizational, project management, and customer service skills. Experience in real estate / lease administration is a plus, as this role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of bank properties including branches and our Corporate Center ensuring they meet our high standards of functionality and appearance. Position Summary: Vectra Bank is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to partner closely with the Senior Vice President of Property Management. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and executing a broad range of facilities-related strategies and initiatives, including real estate transactions, construction projects, and facility maintenance, to ensure best-in-class property management operations. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 - $125,000 annually depending on job-related factors.
