*We have several projects opening up in the following areas: San Antonio, Dallas, Austin and Houston * Title: Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end telecom construction projects including site acquisition, permitting, civil works, and equipment installation. * Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and local authorities. * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. * Resolve construction-related issues and delays proactively. * Ensure all work complies with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies. * Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. * Manage documentation including as-builts, permits, change orders, and close-out packages. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in telecom construction or infrastructure project management. * Strong knowledge of fiber optics, wireless networks, and tower construction. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
