Job Summary

We seek to hire an exceptional Warehouse Associate to help us realize our ambitious growth goals. This individual will be a key member of the operations team and report to the Senior Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skillset, maintain attention to detail, and abide by the company's quality and compliance standards. They should also be able to function at a high level both independently as well as cross-functionally as part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.

Job Details/Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects, checking against purchase orders, and properly storing items in the warehouse
• Operate warehouse and material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
• Use computer & paper-based systems to accurately manage records and data
• Unpack & repack products before and after sterilization processes are conducted
• Assist with sterilization process where appropriate
• Palletize products, pack shipments and prepare labels in order to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and workflows and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications / Background Experiences

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of relevant warehousing experience required
• Possess a valid New Jersey forklift certification
• Experience operating within an FDA-regulated business environment

Physical Demands

• While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to episodes of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, crouching, reaching, grasping, twisting, frequent use of hands to pick which can include repetitive motion of the wrists, hands or fingers.
