BASIC PURPOSE:
The role entails assisting the recruitment department by consistently servicing, educating, and expanding our customer base. This position requires the ability to work with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The Support Specialist will be responsible for full administrative support of the recruitment team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • New applicant processing
  • Job creation and posting to website, job boards, and social platforms


    • Audit and revise internal job postings to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company branding.
    • Collaborate with Partnership Managers to understand role requirements and tailor job descriptions accordingly.


  • Creation of pay packages for job assignments
  • Data entry into multiple systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Administrative duties to assist recruitment operations such as:


    • Contract employee badge requests
    • Compliance requests
    • Creating and scrubbing candidate listings
    • Candidate profile management


  • Collection of missing timesheets from contracted staff
  • Report missing hours to Recruiters, RMs, PMs, and ADR
  • Completion of reference checks for potential contracted staff
  • Contract employees call out management
  • Data audit reporting on weekly or monthly basis
  • Bulk order assistance


  • Use of complex phone and computer systems.
  • All other duties as assigned


Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role in a school, customer service, office environment, and/or service industry preferred.
  • K-12 education experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of office systems Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word and G-Suite.



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
