The Sr Manager Financial Planning & Analysis is a strategic leader responsible for driving the organization's $4B+ financial planning process and leveraging financial data to inform and shape key business decisions. This senior role leads and oversees the financial forecasting process, from monthly forecasts (Latest Estimate) and forward-looking analysis to the formulation of a robust 25-year long range plan using innovative financial techniques and sound executive-level judgement. The position is responsible for providing strategic insights and key performance indicators to executive-level management (CEO and Direct Reports) and governance (Board of Trustees and City of San Antonio), including the preparation of materials that highlight financial narratives and are used to shape organizational direction on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The Senior Manager is also a critical business partner and serves as a financial lead across the organization, delivering expert financial analysis to senior executive leaders on a wide array of strategic initiatives and complex projects. The Senior Manager is responsible for navigating substantial complexity, requiring expert financial & economic acumen and technical expertise, to create a financial plan that maintains CPS Energy's strong financial health. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of CPS Energy's technology platform for financial tracking and management reporting. Tasks and Responsibilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels within CPS Energy and/or other organizations, with a focus on customers.
