JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the daily order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with internal procedures.
* Lead and support the order processing team in resolving complex issues, such as pricing discrepancies, blocked orders, and delivery delays.
* Monitor backlog performance and drive initiatives to reduce aged or delayed orders.
* Collaborate with Customer Business Partners and Supply Chain Planning to prioritize order fulfillment based on product availability and customer needs.
* Serve as the escalation point for operational order issues, coordinating cross-functional resolution when necessary.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline the order-to-cash process.
* Provide regular reporting on key order processing KPIs (e.g., backlog, cycle time, order accuracy).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations.
* Order to bill and order to cash process background
* ERP background
* Order management background
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365) and order processing workflows.
* Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
* High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
