IT Manager

Staffmark is seeking a seasoned IT Manager to join a respected organization in Jonesboro, AR. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tech leader ready to drive innovation and oversee a robust information technology infrastructure. If you have 5+ years of IT management experience and a strong commitment to cybersecurity and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $90,000+ annually (based on experience)

Schedule: First Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a small IT team, while partnering with the customer support department
• Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud systems, and enterprise software
• Ensure cybersecurity measures and compliance standards are upheld across the organization
• Manage software contracts, IT projects, hardware procurement, and departmental budgets
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to support daily operations and strategic goals

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience (required)
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Hands-on experience with the following tools and platforms: Microsoft Intune, Office 365 Admin, Cloud computing, virtualization, Meraki, Cisco, SAP, Oracle ERP, Five9, Zendesk, Salesforce, TeamViewer, DUO, VPN, Hardware: PCs, Macs, Surface devices, printers, copiers, Zebra scanners, and Infrastructure: Cisco switches, ASA firewalls, servers, Meraki access points, APC backups, security/access systems
