Primary Function of Organizational Unit |
The Administrative Assistant for the Office of Advancement provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the department. This position plays a key role in supporting advancement activities, including donor relations, event coordination, record management, and general office operations. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with advancement leadership and team members to facilitate internal processes and external communications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. |

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems or donor databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) preferred.
