Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team! This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our Adult Rehabilitation Centers by ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and providing essential HR support to help transform lives.

What You'll Do
Core Payroll Excellence
- Process bi-weekly payroll for Adult Rehabilitation Centers and Command staff
- Manage ADP records, including new hires, terminations, and updates
- Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, and child support orders
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal payroll regulations
- Calculate vacation payouts and process manual checks as needed
Benefits & Systems Management
- Maintain employee benefit accruals and reconcile insurance billings
- Serve as primary liaison with legal teams for garnishments
- Manage Wisely Pay Card system and inventory
- Provide backup support to Benefits Specialist
HR Support & Leadership
- Lead and mentor - Provide training and guidance to new team members
- Strategic support - Assist HR Coordinators with employee record maintenance
- Management reporting - Generate and distribute key managerial reports
- Executive interaction - Attend Command Finance Board meetings when needed
Technical Expertise
- Serve as authorized ADP system contact and troubleshooter
- Apply in-depth system knowledge to resolve complex issues
- Maintain tax jurisdictions and process mass system changes

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
- 2-3 years of payroll processing experience OR Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
- ADP experience or similar payroll system knowledge preferred
