*Description* Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers Providing exceptional customer service to clients Collaborating with the retention and attach teams Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system 80% outbound motion / 20% inbound This role is the first-line of defense calling out to current and potential customers. Strong sales needed in a fast-paced environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* CRM experience 2+ years inbound or outbound sales experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.02 - $22.02/hr.
