**This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.**

Position Description

The Recruiting Administrator plays an essential role in the smooth operation of the recruitment process, serving as support for both the recruitment team and candidates. This position involves managing the administrative tasks that underpin the search for, and acquisition of, new talent. By organizing interviews, handling communication, and maintaining candidate data, the Recruiting Administrator ensures that the recruitment cycle progresses efficiently and effectively. Their efforts facilitate seamless experiences for candidates and enable recruiters to focus on evaluating applicants' suitability for roles, thereby supporting the organization's goal of attracting and securing the right talent.

Essential Functions

Assists with coordinating and administering ATI's recruitment process.
  • Posts job advertisements on various platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and appealing to potential candidates.
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging meeting times, sending calendar invites, and preparing interview materials.
  • Maintains and updates recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback from hiring managers.
  • Handles communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assists in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Prepares and extends job offer letters to selected candidates, including details on salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conducts reference and background checks on candidates as required, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, Associates degree and four years' experience or High School degree and eight years of experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience working within an applicant tracking system, preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of systems and processes related to recruitment, preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.
  • This position is subject to a background check that includes a review of criminal records. Work Environment

This position is located in an air-conditioned, environmentally controlled atmosphere. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and the distraction level in the work environment is often heavy.

Anticipated starting salary is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$55,000
