Job Description/Essential Functions:

Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Small Business based in Huntsville, Alabama incorporated in 1992. BRC provides "best-value" technical and management solutions to a diverse government and commercial customer base in the following key business areas: test & evaluation, systems analysis & integration, security & intelligence, and R&D.

For U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC-PCD) in support of Afloat Forward Staging Base (AFSB) C4I systems.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide NQV responsibilities for Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authority to Operate (ATO) system
  • revalidation.
  • Perform Information Assurance consultation and implementation for systems PM's, Software Engineers, and System ISSEs with an emphasis in Information Assurance support using the Navy Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS) with the goal of renewing Authority to Operate (ATO) status. Deliver best business processes and practices to insure C4I systems meet required integrity standards that comply with FISMA & NIST 800 series guidelines; in addition to using a variety of security tools as designated by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), such as Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), DoD Security Requirements Guides (SRGs), and Security Readiness Review (SRR),
  • ACAS, Vulnerator Tools as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and 1-5 of applicable experience
  • Active secret clearance is required
