Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Security Manager! Under the guidance of the Director of Diversion Control and Security, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and managing all corporate security systems and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the Corporate Security and Regulatory Affairs (CSRA) Senior Directors, Directors, and Managers, contributing to a safe and secure environment for our organization.   • Manage the Security Systems Program, to include Intrusion, Access Control and Video System, across Cencora
  • Reviews alarm contract files, manages new alarm installation, activations and upgrade projects and serves as liaison with Cencora security system providers
  • Assists in the development and management of the Physical Security Policy and Procedure; responsible for enforcing said Corporate Security physical security policy and procedure
  • Manages physical security projects for build-outs, new construction and consolidations
  • Responsible for the vendor relationship with the contracted security officers and manages the day to day operations of the officers
  • Conducts physical security risk assessments/audits and recommends improvements
  • Maintains and develops facility security requirements and implements procedures for safeguarding proprietary data
  • Manages Cencora Event Security
  • Assist in providing Security Awareness training and education
  • Supports Diversion Control and Corporate Security Investigations Program as assigned
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Requirements:
Requires broad training in related field through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience; BA or BS Degree in related field preferred. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; previous work experience in security.

  • Knowledge of Physical Security concepts, design and application
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Work and Excel
  • Willingness to travel, 35 to 50% of the time
