*IT Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity & Compliance Focus)*
*Location: Southeast Michigan* *Client: One of our Banking clients in Southeast Michigan* *Description:* We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate critical initiatives focused on cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. This role will be instrumental in managing the consolidation of tooling for a GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) governance project and ensuring alignment with NIST standards. Additionally, the Project Manager may contribute to the redesign of IT controls and RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of quickly integrating into an existing team of Project Managers. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, documenting and communicating requirements, and overseeing project planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: * Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution for cybersecurity and compliance initiatives. * Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications. * Ensure project alignment with GLBA and NIST standards. * Support the redesign and implementation of IT controls and RCSA processes. * Create and maintain project documentation and dashboards. Required Skills: * Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles. * Experience with GLBA compliance and NIST frameworks. * Familiarity with IT controls and governance processes. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or similar tools. * PMP certification is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
