*Description*
MUST HAVES: Epic 1+ year of patient access experience Live within a commutable distance to New Haven to train for 2-3 weeks before working remote full time REMOTE once they graduate from the 2-3 weeks of onsite training in new haven office. SHIFT: 8:30 - 5pm, Monday - Friday, 1 hr lunch and 2 15 min breaks. 37.5 Hrs per week JOB Duties: 80% of day will be spent answering calls from patients and scheduling appointments. Registration, prior authorizations and other patient access tasks will be performed as well. Other 20% of time will be spent triaging calls, placing follow up calls, etc. After training, the patient access rep will be put on a team based on hiring needs.
