*Description*
Our client is looking for a Lead Application Support Analyst to join their team! *Responsibilities Include:* * Handle complex application issues that require escalation beyond Level 1, such as software configuration, data-related concerns, and integration challenges. * Utilize diagnostic tools and log analysis to determine root causes and implement effective solutions, coordinating with third-party vendors when needed. * Continuously monitor application performance to detect trends or potential disruptions, ensuring reliable service delivery. * Conduct regular maintenance and system reviews to keep applications running smoothly, particularly during peak usage periods. * Work closely with IT teams and vendors to test new software releases and updates. * Support the rollout process by assisting with communication, planning, and training to minimize impact on users. * Ensure seamless integration of applications within the system, resolving connection issues and maintaining proper data flow. * Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive support tasks and improve efficiency. *Top Skills Details* 1) 3+ years of Application Support experience 2) Familiarity with ticketing systems 3) Knowledge base creation and technical documentation experience 4) Application support in an enterprise environment *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
