Description Acara solutions is looking for a Senior Spec, Configuartion manager to work with our partner located out in San Leandro, CA who specializes in Defense manufacturing. Here is what you will get: Pay Rate: $40.63/hr to $75.72/hr DOE Shift: Mon-Fri, 7A-4:30P 9/80 schedule Duration: Temporary to hire Here is what you will do: Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of their own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. Responsibilities: Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight across multiple job areas Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees, fostering skill development and team effectiveness. Delegate tasks and review work products to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met. Communicate across functions and with external parties (e.g., customers, vendors) to explain, interpret, and gain cooperation on policies, procedures, and practices. Identify opportunities and implement moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes to enhance performance. Solve complex problems through in-depth analysis, comprehensive information gathering, and the application of creative solutions Contribute directly to departmental goals and outcomes, impacting overall operational results. Support the development of departmental plans, including budgets and operational strategies. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align with organizational policies and achieve project goals. Foster innovation within the team by encouraging process enhancements and knowledge sharing Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a future Security Clearance.
