This role can be done from home and requires regular in-person meetings with partners in the Florida region.

We are actively seeking a passionate Account Manager to identify, onboard and support new pro install sales opportunities, support our largest custom integration dealers and perform activities that support the growth and performance of our partners. All this to contribute to achieving our team goal: to acquire users who are looking to enhance their listening experience through a "do-it-for-me" solution provided by a professional that can introduce, educate and support their sound and smart technology needs.

This is a very collaborative role in that you will work closely with others on the regional Account Manager team, the national sales manager team that manages partnerships, commercial, builder, and distribution business, and our training team to ensure we provide high-level support for each one of our strategic partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop strong partner relationships: Work closely with our dealers throughout Florida, meeting regularly in person to understand their goals, provide strategic support, and help grow their Sonos business.

  • Identify new business opportunities: You'll actively seek out dealer opportunities in our AV, security, builder, electrician, commercial, and remodeler channels by building relationships with new partners and introducing them to the value of Sonos solutions.

  • Represent Sonos: From trade shows and networking events to on-site dealer visits, you'll serve as the face of Sonos in the region. Your presence will help build trust and uncover opportunities that drive long-term growth.

  • Manage your territory strategically: Using a thoughtful, data-driven approach, you'll prioritize high-potential accounts and manage your time effectively to maximize impact across the territory.

  • Support regional marketing initiatives: You'll allocate market development funds and collaborate on targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and results for key partners.

What You'll Need:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Sales or Marketing roles

  • Ability to travel within Florida by road and air (20+ in-person partner meetings per month)

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with partners in AV, smart home, builder, or custom integration channels

  • Prior experience in managing a territory or regional sales pipeline

  • Familiarity with forecasting, sales planning, and market development fund allocation

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans

  • Based in or near Jacksonville, Miami, Tampa Bay, or Orlando

At Sonos, our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and geographical location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. All full-time employees are eligible for merit increases and discretionary bonuses as applicable. Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.

Our base pay range for this role in our 'tier 1' US geographies is:

$81,000 and $101,000
