As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol in San Carlos, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting with security-related inquiries. By maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, you help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $27.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs as required.
• Communicate professionally with building tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from management or emergency personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
