Distribution Warehouse Supervisor

This position is located in Fernley, NV and is a full time, 1st shift opportunity.

The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and leading the organization's warehouses, setting direction for production and deploying resources.

Supervise and ensures the monitoring and the distribution, materials, tools, equipment and allocation of all personnel.
• Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments
• Conduct daily communication meetings with employees
• Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by Depot Manager
• Perform monthly Associate performance reviews
• Build and enforce a safe working environment
• Build/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity
• Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse back-orders and quality errors while reducing costs
• Resolve employee issues
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Other duties as required by the operation and position

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree
• OR Associates degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• OR High School Diploma and at least 5 years of supervisory experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• General Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus

The annual salary for this role is $60,375 - $80,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
