Job Summary

The Parts & Logistics Coordinator supports Machine Shop functions by maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ensuring parts and products are shipped and received in a timely fashion.

Job Functions

* Assist with day-to-day shipping and receiving activities

* Perform periodic cycle counts and report the results

* Assist with generating purchase requisitions, managing delivery, and receipt

* Assist with packaging equipment and consumable goods

* File shipping and production documentation

* Carry out general office upkeep

* High school diploma required

* 1-2 years of shipping, receiving and inventory control experience preferred

* Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel

* Experience with a computer based inventory control system is preferred

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills

* Customer focused and team oriented

* Ability to lift 25 lbs
