We are seeking a uniquely qualifiedProgram Manager position to work at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC to support NAVSEA. ***YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE*** Position Description: The Program Manager will be direct support of the Navy Program Office Surface Ship Training. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a contractor workforce of approximately 100 personnel. The Surface Training Systems Program Office, is responsible for strategic program planning, policy development, research and development, acquisition, technical innovation, and life-cycle management of surface training platforms. Its mission is to deliver consistent, aligned, and effective training solutions that ensure the readiness and competency of U.S. Navy Sailors. Responsibilities and Duties:

Travel Requirements:
The government work location is the Washington Navy Yard, and the government is providing workspace for 75% of the contractors. The PM will need to be available at the Navy Yard per customer direction and to manage the staff. The contractor workforce will also be located in and around the Washington DC area and the PM will need to manage the work force. Some telework may be possible with the customers' approval.
