OUR ROLE: BRAND MANAGER
We're looking for a commercially minded, strategic, and hands-on Brand Manager to lead U.S. and Canadian marketing and merchandising initiatives for Royal Copenhagen and Georg Jensen-two of our most iconic and design-forward heritage brands. This role blends brand strategy with retail activation, requiring both creative flair and operational strength to bring the brand vision to life in a dynamic, omnichannel environment.

You'll localize global brand strategies, develop compelling campaigns, and collaborate across sales, global brand teams, and retail partners to drive consumer connection and commercial growth. From new product launches to in-store activations, you'll shape how these brands show up and grow in the North American market.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our New York office (in-office Tuesday - Thursday) and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Vita Americas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the activation of Royal Copenhagen and Georg Jensen in the U.S. and Canada, across wholesale and consumer-facing channels

  • Localize global brand strategies to fit regional market needs and opportunities

  • Develop and execute traffic-driving marketing and retail programs for new and existing retail locations

  • Partner with global and local teams to plan and launch new products, campaigns, and seasonal assortments

  • Define local product strategies by channel and maintain pricing hierarchy in collaboration with planning

  • Build brand awareness and drive revenue through retail programming, experiential activations, and partner initiatives

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and marketing deliverables for product launches and brand moments

  • Analyze performance data to inform strategies, optimize campaigns, and report results

  • Develop compelling sales tools and collateral (line lists, sell sheets, catalogs) to support product storytelling

  • Maintain strong agency, internal, and retail partner relationships to execute on-brand experiences

WHO YOU ARE

  • A brand or marketing professional with 7+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry

  • Skilled in translating global brand strategy into local execution across retail and digital touchpoints

  • Experienced with product marketing, pricing, and consumer-focused activations

  • A clear communicator and natural collaborator, able to navigate cross-functional teams and matrix organizations

  • Strategic yet hands-on-equally comfortable in spreadsheets, meetings, and on the retail floor

  • Passionate about luxury and heritage brands, with a strong eye for design and detail

  • Analytical, organized, and budget-savvy, with a data-driven approach to brand growth

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with sales and performance data

  • Empathetic and consumer-obsessed, always seeking to understand the evolving luxury customer

Salary Range: 120k-140k Annually

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649, we have designed products of timeless, purposeful, and functional beauty, while driving innovation and sustainable growth. In 2024, Fiskars Group's global net sales were EUR 1.2 billion and we had close to 7,000 employees. We have two Business Areas (BA), Vita and Fiskars.

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
