POSITION INFORMATION: Full-time

LOCATION: Chesapeake, VA; onsite

POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance which can take 4-6 weeks to process and must be complete prior to starting employement

ITC Federal is seeking a skilled PowerApps/SharePoint Developer to support the U.S. Coast Guard Finance Center (FINCEN) in Chesapeake, VA. This role is ideal for a resourceful and proactive developer who enjoys solving business challenges through low-code/no-code solutions and modernizing legacy SharePoint environments. You'll work closely with functional and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data management for mission-critical finance functions.

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
• Support the modernization and migration of existing SharePoint sites (2013/2016) to SharePoint Online.
• Build user-friendly dashboards, workflows, and forms to streamline business processes.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Provide SharePoint site administration, security configuration, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide demos, and implement improvements.
• Create technical documentation and user guides for deployed solutions.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements to deployed solutions.

• 3+ years of experience developing in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, lists, and libraries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive.
• Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal financial or government programs.
• Familiarity with USCG FINCEN mission and environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications.
