Position Summary

• Client is seeking a highly motivated, capable program manager for our Land Management team

Responsibilities:

• Provide broad support to the Land senior leadership team, including support for contract processing and invoice review.
• Lead planning and execution of department trainings and events, both via Teams Live and in person at varied locations throughout our service area.
• Coordinate with other client teams and external partners to schedule trainings, events, go sees and other cross-functional engagements.
• Oversee production of department newsletters, annual reports, and related communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Documented experience planning and delivering successful professional events
• Proficient in using standard office tools and technology, including Excel, Power Point, CoPilot, and Power BI
• Strong project management and contracting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
