Job Duties:
* Incidents - Software break/fix * Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. * PC Refresh * Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers * Basic experience with Active Directory * Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office * Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus * Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED * Experience with LogMeIn * Ticketing System is ServiceNow * Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations Top Skills Details 1. Minimum 3 years of Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment. 2. Minimum 3 years of End user client -LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment 3. Customer Service Experience 4. Must complete medical compliance Additional Information Job duties include refresh work, resolve incidents, requests, etc. Good Communication and technical skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
