*Position Overview*
This is a part-time role for someone available to work one day a week-ideally Mondays during first shift-for 8 hours. The IT Support Analyst will assist internal users by diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. This person will escalate more complex problems to the appropriate IT team members and help prioritize support requests. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential, especially when working with non-technical users. The role also involves documenting solutions and training others on best practices. *Key Responsibilities* * Troubleshoot hardware issues using a structured approach and technical documentation. * Report recurring problems to engineering for long-term resolution and documentation updates. * Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements to minimize downtime. * Set up and test hardware at user locations. * Escalate unresolved issues to technical leads or managers. * Meet service performance goals, including ticket response times and asset management. * Stay informed about related IT initiatives to align with broader goals. * Support critical non-standard applications as defined by IT leadership. * Troubleshoot local network issues and escalate when necessary. * Serve as a technical resource and partner to internal users. *Tools & Technologies* * Desktop and mobile devices * Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) * Video conferencing tools * Ticketing systems * Windows 10 * Microsoft applications *Qualifications* * At least 2 years of experience in IT support * Strong customer service skills * Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends * Proficiency with Windows operating systems and corporate networks *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
