To perform a variety of highly technical, non-invasive vascular and/or cardiology procedures and prepare preliminary test interpretations as ordered by physician under established standard operating procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. One to two years of experience as a non-invasive echocardiographic or vascular technician is necessary. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: BCLS certification. National Accreditation as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required. Students that have trained in the Vascular Lab can be hired but must become RVT within six months or their position will be eliminated. Additional Information
