JOB TITLE: Hazardous Materials Specialist JOB PURPOSE: Organize and coordinate operational duties and assigned personnel daily for the Hazardous Waste Facility including pickup, transportation, storage, and inventory management of hazardous waste and radioactive waste materials; operate and maintain radioactive detection and sampling equipment. REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship for H-1B work authorization or work visa is not available for this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a science related field Experience: 2 years work-related experience Required licensure, certification, registration, or other requirements:
