Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $33.65-$36.05 per hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work orders using CMMS platforms
  • Support the Facility Manager, Account Director, and project management teams with documentation, tracking KPIs, and executing improvement plans
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with company and client standards
  • Facilitate building condition assessments, audits, and prepare detailed performance and quality reports
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational guidelines
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and optimizing processes
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through strong communication and partnership development
  • Oversee technical tools and system functions including mobile devices, reporting, and PM data updates
  • Ensure maintenance work aligns with preventative schedules and client priorities

What You Bring to the Table



  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Science preferred
  • 7-10 years of facility coordination or industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Experience with CMMS platforms (EMCOR Via preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Ability to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
