We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong focus on technology-driven solutions for financial services. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, with a goal of leveraging artificial intelligence tools, Salesforce product and technology stack to enhance Financial Services Cloud. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and other stakeholders (Research and Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Product Solutions, Product Marketing etc) to develop and deliver cutting-edge products tailored for the unique challenges of the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and delivering complex products, a deep understanding of using research to uncover customer needs and pain points, distill insights into products that can be deployed with ease, build products with our engineering teams and launch them in collaboration with our GTM teams. The candidate should demonstrate a strong desire to solve problems, high levels of ownership and in general a desire to learn and act to advance the vision of the Product Management Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for financial services industry solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation within field service workflows.

  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable deliverables.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in Data Driven solutions, AI tool and User Experience trends and stay abreast of financial services industry trends. Leverage this knowledge to inform product strategy.

  • Act as a key liaison between business, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology products, preferably in mobile, AI, Compliance and/or financial services domains.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields and/ or experience in related fields is preferred

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

  • Familiarity with financial services industry tools, workflows, and challenges is a strong plus.

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $216,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $236,500. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
