General Description:

This full-time position will provide administrative support to multiple commercial lenders in growing, monitoring, and servicing their loan portfolios, thereby reducing risks associated with the loans and improving the bank's loan portfolio overall. The primary duties associated with this position will be to proactively alleviate past dues and collect on accounts, contact customers to clear exceptions, collection of financials, communicate and coordinate with officers on upcoming maturing loans, assist walk-in customers and telephone inquiries with loan requests, obtain credit reports as needed, accept requests and make transfers on credit lines with appropriate approval, and coordinate and facilitate loan closings and fund loans when necessary through all phases of the process.

Skills and Characteristics for Applicants:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or lending support role within a commercial lending environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy in handling financial data are essential. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable operating standard office equipment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a customer-focused attitude. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity is expected.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
