Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Developing Master Document And/Or Account-Specific Financial Agreements, Including Phases Of Research Drafting, Coordination Of Internal Approvals, Filing Of Language With The Local Department Of Insurance, Programming And Implementation; And Providing Consultative Services To Multiple Corporate Areas.

Required Job Qualifications:
*4 years experience in health insurance contract and claim administration agreement and financial agreement development.
*Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
*Project management experience.
*Ability to collaborate with peers and other contract specialists.
*Verbal and written communication skills.
*Leadership skills and ability to to work and manage multiple priorities independently.
*PC proficiency to include in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree in English, Business, or related field.
*Experience with contract lifecycle management, publishing and contract implementation systems.
*Paralegal, legal contract specialist and/or business analyst experience.

*Experience in contract development and administration, along with a deep understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

*Exposure to business rules and understanding of benefits configurations.

*Familiarity with automation tools or workflow systems.

*Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize workflows and processes.

*Experience in identifying cost-savings and driving operational efficiencies.

*High level of technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.

*Experienced in process optimization and data-driven decision making.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
