Position Summary:
The digital marketing manager contributes to the development, growth, and maintenance of AON's corporate and practice-level digital marketing strategy. They are directly responsible for managing social media channels and maintaining and creating digital content across various platforms to support lead generation and audience engagement. Additional responsibilities include implementing and maintaining performance tracking tools-such as Google Analytics 4-and providing regular analytics reports to inform content strategy and extend audience reach. They will also manage paid advertising campaigns and oversee online reputation efforts. The digital marketing manager must have at least three years of experience managing omnichannel digital marketing initiatives and be proficient with core web tools, including HTML and WordPress. They must also demonstrate proficiency with performance tracking and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), along with a deep understanding and practical application of SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), and social media management. The digital marketing manager must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver fully functional digital marketing campaigns-while remaining flexible to support additional digital marketing needs as they arise.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Contribute directly to the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, lead generation, provider/patient acquisition, audience engagement, and revenue growth for AON and its practices. Perform regular content updates across multiple websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Upload and optimize images, physician bios, blog posts, and press releases. Oversee and optimize the performance of various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and display advertising. Manage performance reporting by tracking and analyzing key metrics-including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and lead generation-to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and support continuous optimization. Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers on major website changes or enhancements. Implement core SEO best practices, including proper header hierarchy, use of alt tags, and metadata optimization. Monitor website performance and user experience, offering proactive recommendations for improvement. Manage social media marketing for AON and its practices. Create and maintain Google My Business listings for all practice locations. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing colleagues to support digital marketing initiatives. Stay current with digital marketing and healthcare industry trends, as well as competitor activity to proactively recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
Position Qualifications & Requirements:
Education Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field Previous Experience
Minimum of three years of experience managing omnichannel digital marketing initiatives across web, email, social media, and paid advertising. Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms. Proven ability to set up and use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, marketing automation dashboards) to evaluate performance and deliver monthly reports to internal teams. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Proficiency in WordPress, including a basic understanding of theme structure to make minor adjustments. Proficiency in HTML, along with experience converting, resizing, and performing basic manipulations on image formats like SVG, PNG, and JPG to support site performance. Basic understanding of PHP for executing tasks such as text and image updates. Familiarity with CSS for styling website elements, including layout techniques like flexbox and grid. Strong understanding of content marketing and excellent writing skills. Experience in both organic and paid SEO. Proficiency with digital advertising placement and management Project management experience

Travel: Expected to work at any company location to help meet business needs, including overnight stays: <25%. Standard Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours; office hours 7 am to 6 pm with flexible scheduling as agreed with leadership; some evenings and weekends required.
