*Description* We need a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across a multi-entity, multi-state environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of payroll systems, particularly Oracle HCM, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to employees and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Accurately process and update payroll data in Oracle HCM for multiple entities across 32 associations. * Conduct payroll data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Validate payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HR and finance teams. * Process regulatory payroll payments, including garnishments and payroll taxes. * Review and reconcile payroll inputs from various internal sources. * Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, including tax setup, direct deposit, and timesheet issues. * Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports (e.g., W-2, 941, United Way, Census). * Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance. * Collaborate with HR representatives and external vendors to support payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
