Program Coordinator

Coordinate administrative operations to support the day to day operation of an integrated Health Home (IHH) program for families of children with a serious emotional disturbance (SED) and/or serious healthcare need (SHCN). Provides administrative support services to the IHH Program Manager and Program Coordinator to ensure coordination and support of operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

6-12 months experience providing administrative support for a program that includes independently managing processes and functions.

Excellent verbal communication skills, including experience in and capacity to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and participate as a member of a team and work groups.

Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
