With very limited supervision, drives development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.

Essential Functions

  • Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes.
  • Independently leads needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance.
  • Independently performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
  • Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.
  • Independently identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.
  • Leads and executes large, complex new-product development initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional work teams.
  • Actively coaches and mentors others in less senior positions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Master's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.

Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.

Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.

Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in payment rails and compliance: card networks, ACH, RTP, PCI-DSS, PSD2/SCA, tax determination (VAT, GST, U.S. sales tax) and global data-privacy practices, a proven track record implementing or migrating to modern platforms such as Zuora,Stripe or Adyen, and exposing resilient invoicing / collections APIs and fluency in data and finance metrics: comfortable writing SQL, defining KPIs (e.g., DSO, chargeback rate), reconciling with ERP/ledger teams, and translating insights into product decisions.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $8,007.29 - $14,413.11/month

Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
