Position Summary:
We are offering an internship opportunity in our marketing department. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with the ORR Protection Marketing Team to provide service and support to the marketing team. This internship is dynamic and hands-on and will give the associate in-depth experience in designing marketing experiences for internal and external customers. The Marketing intern will respond to requests for the internal ecommerce platform, design marketing programs to drive engagement with marketing digital assets, drive social engagement from multiple platforms, perform marketing research and report program progress to leadership.
The Marketing Intern will gain a working knowledge of, Google Analytics, Hubspot and inbound marketing principles, Microsoft Access and Excel reporting capabilities, Adobe CS, and other systems as needed. They will learn this on the job in a real-time environment with real customers, while performing work that affects the bottom line of our company and experiencing a corporate culture that values passionate leadership and positive relationships. We are seeking a student who is available to work 20 hours per week.
Position Responsibilities


  • Oversee the internal marketing platform to support internal team members with marketing assets
  • Learn the Inbound Marketing Methodology to help create and execute marketing strategies designed to attract customers and increase the value of the ORR Protection brand
  • Develop digital marketing assets using graphic design, copywriting and other skills
  • Use the Hubspot CMS to build landing pages for a variety of customer needs
  • Perform market research on potential markets and existing customer bases
  • Develop and present reporting to leadership
  • Other duties as required



Skills and Qualifications:


  • Business Administration, Marketing or related major preferred
  • Comfortable using the internet, especially online shopping
  • Ability to quickly learn all programs in the general Google Suite
  • Positive attitude
  • Enthusiastic about learning new things
  • Work well on teams, within and outside of function
  • Applicant must be located in Louisville, KY area and enrolled in either undergraduate or graduate level accredited program
